This butter’s production is based on a traditional recipe and it is known for its special and very characteristic taste. Corfu-type butter is produced from 100% cow’s butter or from a mixture (50/50) of cow’s and goat & sheep’s butter that improves its flavour even more.
It is spreadable and can be also used in cooking or pastry.
