LOGADI* is a traditional Greek yellow cheese with only 17% fat; the secret of its unique taste lies in the special recipe where 50% goat and sheep’s milk and 50% cow’s milk are blended in equal parts.

LOGADI has predominantly the characteristic taste of “kasseri” (a traditional, Greek mature yellow cheese), sweet and spicy at the same time, which is due to the mixture of cow’s with goat & sheep’s milk.
