Wonder Paste – Rolled fondant
Thin sugar paste very easy to use with rolling pin or dough sheeter, very good and natural taste, suitable for wedding cakes and celebrations. The quality of sugars and ingredients selected by “LAPED” permits to have an incredible white paste, very very supple. It can be colored and deep-frozen without any problem. It is available in white and in: red, yellow, blue, green, black, light blue, pink, brown and fuchsia.
Ready-to-use past for modeling and decoration of subjects like flowers, animals, characters, etc. “MODEL PASTE” can be painted to achieve spectacular artistic creations. It can appear quite compact at first thanks to its high content of cocoa butter, it is recommended, so, to heat it up a few seconds in the microwave or manipulating it. It is available in white and in: red, yellow, blue, green, black, light blue, pink, brown and fuchsia.
Daisy Flower Paste
Ready-to-use sugar paste, also called gum paste or flower paste. Ideal to make flowers and other three-dimensional subjects, either by hand or with molds. Thanks to its unique formulation, the warmth of hands softens the product making it easily workable; exposure to the air, however dries it quickly. To speed up the drying of flowers or any figure made with Daisy Paste, put the figures in the oven or drier with a temperature of 30-40 degrees Celsius. This paste can be colored before or after modeling with water-soluble and/or fat-soluble food colors, gels, pearl lacquers and other lacquers.
