The first series of Albert products that was traded is Tuttafrutta – fresh fruit purée – the natural fruits that are available throughout the year.
The Tuttafrutta purée is produced from 100% natural, hand-picked fruit, without added sugar. It is packaged under aseptic conditions (environment where there are no micro-organisms), using leading-edge technology that ensures absolute safety and hygiene, as well as the superior quality of the final product.

The Tuttafrutta fruit purée can be used as raw material in the production of ice-creams, sorbets, drinks, granita and any foods you want to give a fruity taste to.
The Tuttafrutta fruit purée is kept at room temperature and the maximum shelf life is two years.
